Do we offer early check-ins or late check-outs?
Yes, based on our reservations the following day, our management can help you figure out your stay in case you need adjustments. our team will be happy to assist you.
Is there a fee associated with pets?
Yes, we do charge an extra cleaning fee for each pet per room. For further assistance and pricing, reach out to the front desk.
Does NAI service U-Haul?
While the hotel serves as a pick-up and drop-off location for U-Haul, both the businesses have no affiliation with each other. They both operate separately. However, under the same roof.
what are the check-in and check-out timings?
The check-in time is 3PM while the check-out happens at 11 AM. Ask front desk for adjustments to these timings, at the discretion of our management.
what are the timings for U-Haul services?
The operational hours for U-Haul are from 9AM till 6PM in the evening, Monday to Saturday. U-Haul toll-free services are operational from their Ottawa Office 24*7.
Are all hotel amenities free of charge?
All the amenities listed are free of charge. However, the heated garage comes at a cost which can be included in a package during winters. Snack counter and Pop machine are to be paid for and so is with the food and drinks consumed.
Is the hotel open at all hours, all days of the week?

How to book a room at NAI
Our website currently does not offer direct bookings. However, we have a form linked that you can fill out within seconds and submit and our team will get back to you directly for your booking. If you wish to book through third-party channels, we are available on most travel platforms like Expedia, tripadvisor, booking.com and many more.
Do we offer alcohol on-site?
Yes we do! However, our licence permits us to serve alcohol only at designated of the property i.e. the Bar. We do not service any hard drinks in the room or anywhere else on the property.
Are outside guests welcomed for food and drinks in the hotel?
Yes! we do not stop anyone from using our paid services. Hop in for a few drinks and food anytime. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you any of our super cool extras like the Jacuzzi Tub or the Sauna unless you are staying with us.
